Suggestions for LTE/5G modem

I currently have a LB1120 LTE modem setup as a secondary WAN on my OPNsense box. Sadly it's VERY slow for whatever reason, I think it's just getting a bit old. I can only get 20-30 Mbps down on a really good day. Compared to my cellphone on LTE I can get upwards of 150-170 Mbps down consistently. Would really like to upgrade to something a bit more robust. I'm really struggling to locate devices for this. Lots of hotspots available but I really don't need/want any of the fluff, just need an LTE/5G modem and a ethernet port.
Anyone have any recomendations? ATT Mobile network currently.

I run backup WAN on a TP-Link 4G router

Throughput is reasonable but I'm a stone's throw away from a cellular mast and I'm in the UK

I like Teltonika devices... however, I don't think that speed is limited by most devices. This is probably an issue of the antenna setup and load on mobile network.

T-Mobile will slow down the home internet users when phone traffic is dense, I wonder if this is part of what you are seeing. I think they do the same to the Business LTE/5G customers but not certain.
After that antenna placement (signal strength) is very important, and something I need to tweak at home because they moved me to a different tower.
And finally, your data devices can get stuck on a band that doesn't have fast speeds, not sure if your device has band blocking or band locking, but that's one way some home users are getting around speed limits.
I'm using the older Chester Tech. Cheetah at home, for your uses I would probably look at the Ninja device since you don't need (or want) the extra wifi stuff. Mikrotik also makes some pretty good LTE/5G stuff, some of them are designed for mounting outside where the signal would be better. And look at FS.com because I think they have a few LTE/5G devices that might be good.
