How do I assign a VLAN on the managed switch ?

Before I post this thread I want to say that I tried to look for a step by step tutorial on YouTube as I never set a managed switch before and all I found were Hindi videos titled in English or videos without a sound or any explanation. I tried looking for answers via Google itself but it gets even more confusing and more complex the more I search. However, as of now, I'm totaly lost and would appreciate a helping hand.
My Case:
I already have RJ45 cable that goes into interface that has all the needed VLANs assigned to it. I also have Access Point with VLANs assigned to SSIDs and finaly I have a normal PC that I just want to plug into the switch and go to a specific VLAN.
Here's how the VLAN interface looks like:
Assigning a VLAN menu
VLAN Overview Menu
My issue:
The switch menu once simple, still manages to confuse me and I'm not sure how to proceed. Let's say that I plug in my main RJ45 cable with all the VLANs assigned into 3rd port on the switch then I mark it as Tagged and insert multiple VLAN numbers that are assigned on the OPNSense interface. So far, so good, I think (?)
However, how do I setup the rest of my equipment ? Do I just plug in my Access Point onto the 4th Port on the switch and repeat VLANs that SSIDs are using and mark it as Tagged ?
What about the PC that doesn't have any VLANs assigned to it ? Do I just insert its RJ45 cable onto the 5th port, give it a VLAN ID I want and as it doesn't have a VLAN assigned to it select untagged ?
My last question would be, what does "not member" selection mean ? Does it disable a specific port or what ? I know that Tagged is for VLANs that are tagged with VLAN ID and Untagged for devices that don't have a VLAN ID assigned in the packet frame.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

Tagged = device is VLAN aware and can connect to multiple VLANs (trunk)
Untagged = device is not VLAN aware and the device/port can only be a member of one VLAN
Old but still valid:
