Unable to access devices via OpenVPN

Hi there.  I am a new OPNSense user trying to get a OpenVPN client working.  The Client is connected and pulling all the proper routes.  From my LAN (192.168.69.0/24) I am not able to access anything over OpenVPN though (10.201.1.40 for example).  Is there a outbound NAT rule needed or firewall rule?
