How to access a device with a static IP on a different subnet?

I bought a POE camera that comes hardwired with a static IP address of 192.168.1.110, however my network is on 192.168.20.*, so the device does not appear in DHCP4. What is the best way to get access to the camera so I can change it to DHCP?
