Performanc issue with openvpn

Hi, I have an issue that might be configuration related.
I'm using the newest shiny OPNSESE Version on a Chinese HW BOX (HSIPC J3160 Quad Core Firewall Micro Appliance).
My I-Net connection is 1Gbit/50Mbit. Everything works pretty good except from an OpenVPN connection toward Oracle Cloud. The thruput traffic is max. 70/50. 
In case I use the OpenVPN APP on my PC or mobile it's much faster. The PC connection will bring it up to 400/50.
 
Forgot to mentioned that I separate the different VPN traffic in several VLAN's.

If anybody has a hint it would be much appreciated.
