Reverse ISP Domain on WAN IP

My apologies if this is a very basic question. Google didn't help.

When I do a ping -a to my WAN IP, it's showing a reverse domain from my ISP. Is there any way to change that? or that's set at ISP level and it's not possible to change it?

It's possible to change that, but your ISP must do it. Frequently there's a customer portal for these settings.
