Vulnerability/port scanning WAN IPs from Internal LAN

Hi all,

I have a question how to effectively scan my services (listening on public interfaces) from internal LAN network.
If I want to scan any of my OPNSense public IPs from OPNSense LAN I end up scanning a LAN GW.
