2 clients - assign local network to TUN interface

I have configured 2 openvpn NordVPN clients. All works fine but from time to time, after refreshing of connection, both clients' TUN virtual addresses are the same.
Is there a way to assign address permanently on client's side (don't think so) or set some alias interface?
