Advise for my Opensense Setup for my Camper

Hello Friends,
i'm using Opensense since one year as a virtual router for my test lab. As this runs on my Laptop the WAN Connection for my lab is changing betweeen wifi from my laptop and ethernet. I enjoy using opensense a lot. its amazing powerful.
I recently bought a Camping vehicle. I need Wifi there. As WAN Connection I would like to switch between lte and wifi (if availible on the campsite).
The first benefit for me is that i only have to change one configuration if i change the campsite (or the WAN-WIFI).
The second is security. I cant imagine a better place for hackers to play around as a campsite.
The third benefit for me is of course the same comfort (AD blocking, Firewall rules, etc. ) as i enjoy it at home when i am on the road.
First of all i need some Hardware recommendations. Passive cooled, light, tiny would be great.
As far as I see i need two wifi connections (one for my clients one for my WAN-WIFI) and one LTE/5G. there will only be around 5 clients in total. there for i don't need much power. On the other hand i need to have access to three extra network interface cards.
Second, often on public wifi you have to accept there licensing agreements. on opensense i dont have a gui to do that, right? Are there any Options for me to do that?
Other ideas to fit my needs are welcome.
Thank you all in advice
