Strange 250 states pattern...

Hi!

Have an install (WAN fiber with DHCP) with 1 openVPN and 1 WG tunnel and a Gigaset SIP phone as known, constant "activities" on the different LAN nets. All fine on latest 21.7.6. By chance I discovered today a strange pattern of states (250 at max) created for about 30 min, then "silence" for about 15 min. Day and night, see attached.

Any ideas what might cause this?
