client on LAN1 access far side subnet over opt1 and ipsec vpn. possible?

I'm using PFS 2.4.4 at sitea and siteb.  I've got an ipsec tunnel from siteb LAN to sitea opt1.  I want users on sitea LAN to be able to access siteb LAN.  Is this possible? To make matters worse I want to connect other sites to opt1 and opt2 in much the same fashion. Any help is appreciated!
