Packet loss/delay high latency on WAN interface

Hello,

I just found out, that I have a timed packetloss over the day on the WAN interface. I did not find any issue on the Router, nor the FW yet.

Weird is, that under Reporting - Health - Quality I can see the packet drops. The link is not responsive. The weird part is, when I hoover with the mouse over the blue bars and check the time, it happens almost every hour.

e.g
05:58PM
06:58PM
07:58PM
09:58PM
11:18PM
00:08AM
01:08AM

I checked the crontab if there is anything running at that time but there is not. The Link of the directly connected router is also fine. Just did a long ICMP check on the interface of the router. There is nothing dropped.
Also at the times from above, the latency goes very high.
On the other interfaces of the FW I don't have this issues.

Could this be related to IPS/IDS? If so, I don't get it why on this spefic times I have the drops and the high latencies. Furthermore the FW is the only connected device to the other router. So I don't expect any performance issues on the router.

By the way. I know what RTT is, but for what is the RTTd value in the Dashboard under Gateways?

Cheers
