Open from LAN to OPT1

Hi, i cant find any solutions that works. Need to open all traffic from LAN to OPT1. Its firmware 21.7.4
Have tried to make a rule on OPT1 where soure is LAN Net and allow, but it dont works. Any step by step or other documentation on how to?

removed all rules and the next day it just worked :-)
