OPNsense cannot connect via TLS to any server with an Let's Encrypt certificate.

The update to LibreSSL 3.3.5 fixed the problem for me. Both emailing with Monit and Nextcloud backups (both with lets encrypt certs) now get accepted again.

With at least 3 other related changes I'm doubting it was LibreSSL 3.3.5 update by itself. That theory is easily tested:

# opnsense-revert -r 21.7.3 libressl
