...I've seen unbound and suricata fail with 8GB RAM with 21.7.3_3. It's a pain...

based on the logs the impact of suricata on resources seems to be the most likely

I have 16 GB on the way, I hope it'll help.

I can confirm 16 GB is more than enough in my case.
With Sensei and Suricata enabled, RAM stabilizes around 4200 MB.
