How to use multicast-routing to use Denon Heos speaker on vlan

Hi there,

i have divided my network in several vlans. Its working well for typical usage, but I am running streaming speakers from Denon Heos which rely on multicast packets afaik. I don't get it how to set this up. Maybe someone can give me some hints, as I could not find much info.

I have speaker sitting in vlan70 and my smartphone which I need to control the speakers is in vlan 10. I already installed IGMP proxy, but I don't understand how to set it up?!

I the devices are conected by a cisco switch (small business 300), do I have to add there some settings too (igmp snooping)?

I'd really be happy if someone could give me some help.

Hey there,
just in case someone else runs in the same situation. I could solve the problem.
I have the two VLANs "Lautsprecher" (10.10.70.0/24) where the Denon Heos speakers are connected and the VLAN "Trusted" (10.10.10.0/24) where the controlling device (smartphone) is connected.

I installed the plugin UDP Broadcast Relay and set it up, see attachment.
Then I created the following rules for the two devices Trusted and Lautsprecher (see attachments) where "DenonHesoSteuerer" is an alias for the networks that are allowed to controll the speakers (here 10.10.10.0/24).

Of course the devices have to be able to connect to the internet and the DNS. With this settings I have Denon Heos App and Spotify running.
