Configure manual outbound NAT rule

I have outbound NAT working for WireGuard; but, I also have a port providing wireless that I don't want using a VPN. If I use the automatically generated rules I can connect to the internet, (believe hybrid would work too) but I cannot get my manual rule working. How do I need to modify this to connect to the internet?
