OpenVPN stopped working after latest upgrade (SOLVED)

All in the Subject. Upgraded from 21.7.1 to 21.7.2 And Open VPN starts the service in both ends, and says the service is running, but no traffic can be established between the end points.

Nothing else has been changed, just the upgrade. I also made the latest upgrade to 21.7.2_1 on both nodes. Result the same

Try to save all your server configs once... they probably have input errors in settings (excess whitespaces).

I have the logs in the gui, but where can I retrieve it on the unit?

I attach the log since reboot today, on the Client. The server part will have to wait until I get home to the server again, tomorrow.

I had exactly the same issue as in the first message of the thread. I had excess whitespaces all over the client and server configs and removing those fixed the issue. As franco adviced, those can be easily identified by trying to save the config. Remember client ccd settings if you use those!

I am not sure why this triggered in this specific upgrade… maybe someone has an idea?

So here comes my server log file. There are lots of authentication errors.

Very strange. I did as you told me, saved the config file again. First nothing special happened, but after having saved a second time I got the error with remote networks including spaces. Removed the space, saved and restarted and it works again.
