Adguard - dnsbl nxdomain

I have a question regarding AdGuard.
I switched from pihole to AdGuard and I have followed this installation guide: https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?topic=22162.0
for "Setup for using AdGuard via the OPNsense community repo" and really love it!

I have also a local mailserver -Synology Mailstation.
I noticed those (and more) NXDOMAINS in the AdGuard log:
1.0.0.127.zen.spamhaus.org
217.181.2.198.ix.dnsbl.manitu.net
217.181.2.198.dnsbl.sorbs.net
217.181.2.198.list.dnswl.org
1.0.0.127.ix.dnsbl.manitu.net
1.0.0.127.dnsbl.sorbs.net

I read this as that DNSBL is not getting to or from the synology mailstation.

Is there a setting / DNS upstream server setting I have to add in adguard?
Or in opnsense / unbound? or is there a bug in AdGuard / Outbound when working together?

In DNS upstream servers I have:
