Unexpected Slow Upload Speeds - Consolidate Communications

Hello,
I am running OPNSense 21.7 on the following hardware.  Qotom fanless with 8 GB DDR4 RAM, 4 cores @ 2.3 GHz, and 4 Intel Gig NICs. I have a PPPoE connection setup for my WAN to my Gigabit fiber provider, Consolidated Communications. When I do a hardwired speed test through their provided router (Zyxel), I am able to achieve full symetric Gig speed. However, when I use the OPNSense box, I get Gig download, but my upload is capped ~ 200 MBs.
I have heard with other ISPs (google, charter, etc..) that there may be a need to do VLAN tagging on the WAN to achive proper speed, but the CCI tech support says that is not necessary, and so long as the PPPoE tunnel is up, it should be getting full gig. I have also made sure to explicitely set full duplex on the interface as well with the same results. Are there any obvious configuration changes that would lead to such a discrepancy in download versus upload on a symetric line?

Thank You for Any and All Help,
    -Jamie

Update for posterity. I rebooted windows and used edge for the speed tests and now get consistent, symmetric gig speeds. Go figured windows/firefox seemed to be the underlying issues.
