HDHomerun across subnets

Has anyone been able to get a HDHomerun discovery working between 2 different subnets using this UDP Broadcast Relay?

I've been playing with UDP Broadcast relay, mDNS repeater, and IGMP proxy and haven't had any luck.

If anyone who has it work could share their setup, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Have you tried searching the forum for IOT / or media broadcast issues?  Your product looks like a DVR that is comparable to most others.  If that is the case, you can edit your subject and may get more help. 

As far as your issue, what does your firewalll logs show (udp may not show everything, just an fyi)?  Can you give more information, I.E. you can connect to the gui (if it has one), pcap, etc.
