Opnsense Yealink TLS errors

I'm trying to get a Yealink handset to connect via OpenVPN to a local VoIP server through Opnsense.
Errors that is gets stuck on for the handset is:
TLS Error: TLS key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds (check your network connectivity)
Errors in the logs of the server side are:
Authenticate/Decrypt packet error: packet HMAC authentication failed
TLS Error: incoming packet authentication failed from [AF_INET]IP:PORT
All works fine on any desktop clients?
Any ideas?
Thanks,

I have a W53H/W60b Phone and had a T-Series Phone(T53 i think).
With the T-Series it was no problem to set up openvpn and have the phone connecting to the office. However i couldn't do the magic on the smaller dect phone so i just gave up created another interface/vlan, put the vlan into the phone and set up a site 2 site tunnel with just the phone(or maybe a printer, pc,...) thats using it.
Was less struggle for me than hours of figuring out whatever is wrong with my config, or the phone.
