DHCPv6 give Clients other DNS-Server as OPNSense doesn´t work?

Hi,
I want to give Clients an other DNS-Server as OPNSense.
I set the DNS-Server on DHCPv6. But when I look into client DNS--Servers,
it gets the DNS-Server from DHVPv6
AND
the Interface-Address (Global Unicast) from OPNSense on this subnet.
How can I stop this?
Settings-General DNS-Servers is empty.
Service Unbound is active (to get DNS for OPNSense Services self).
Tried Option "Allow DNS server list to be overridden by DHCP/PPP on WAN" without any change.
Greetings
Byte
