Packet Manager

On my Linux laptop (Mint) the packet manager doesn't work behind my OPNsense box.
I guess it has to do with DNS but I'm unable to fix this issue. Any ideas?

Stripped down my OPNsense box to the absolute minimum.
Removed VLAN and guest network. No more traffic shaper or Captive portal.
Same result.
# apt-get update
0% [waiting for header]
I tried to look at some log files with #tail -f but can't find any cause for this behavior.
Anyone?

I only had to disable and enable intrusion detection to fix it. No idea which rule was the one.
EDIT:
Problems came back. Let's find out which rule caused this. :-)
EDIT 2:
