Wich Hardware, akt. ZOTAC ZBOX CI329, but Realtec LAN is bad

Hi,
currently I have
ZOTAC ZBOX CI329 Nano, Barebone
but I have strong problems with my LAN-cards.
They disconnect and reconnect unmotivated.
I think it´s the Realtec LAN.
Performance is nice, Intel(R) Celeron(R) N4100 CPU @ 1.10GHz (4 cores), 8 GB RAM.
Is there any comparable device?

I have multiple of those boxes running at customers (for smaller branch offices).
Don't have any issue with the NICs. Even with VLANs, no problem. Maybe it's the combination of CI329 and the switch?
Do you have all hardware-features disabled? Hardware CRC, LRO and TSO?

Hi,
yes, all off and VLAN Hardware Filtering off.
Problems are between WAN and Fibre-modem. It seems to disconnect evers hours and get renew connection, no internet for 30 Seconds....
I ´ve made an bios update yesterday and try it now again.
Any other ideas to set it correct?

Try to put a switch between WAN port and fibre-modem. Maybe that helps.
