Change LAN IP issue - DHCP disabled - bug? improvement?

Hello, in rare cases I have to change LAN IPv4 address. Unfortunately DHCP is unexpectedly switched off, after Apply.
Reason is, because DHCPv4 (Services) needs full IP range from.. - to.. like 192.168.0.100 - 192.168.0.200. When changing LAN IP e.g. from 192.168.0.1 to 10.0.0.1 DHCP gets invalid, dhcpd disabled.
Workaround is: Interfaces / LAN / change IP / only Save, goto Services / DHCPv4 / LAN / change range from.. + to.. / Save (dhcpd stops), go back to Interfaces / LAN / then Apply changes. This works, but it's complicated.
Could any one change DHCPv4 behavior (like OpenWrt) range only last digits x.y.z.<from> and x.y.z.<to>? That would solve the "issue". Many thanks!
