Automatic sync for some plugins

Hi,
is ther a posibility to automatic sync selected plugin configurations in HA mode?

For example: Let's Encrypt can restart HAProxy after renew, now it would makes sense that the certificate will be synct to the stand-by node and also restart HAProxy.
Is there any given way?
