6RD default route broken

So, it looks like 6RD isn't setting the default IPv6 route as it should (https://github.com/opnsense/core/issues/3903). What's the correct way to work around this without having to SSH in a add the route manually? Adding a script to /usr/local/etc/rc.syshook.d/start/ ?
