How to block all traffic from an Internet address

Hello,
Another
newbie
question, please advise. How do I block ALL traffic from specific Internet address(es)?
I navigated to Firewall -> Rules -> WAN but i did not understand how to designate the address that I want to block. An external site is clicking at roughly two minute interval with dictionary style user names (perhaps some student testing some code!???) Best practices would be gratefully received (e.g. future use of Suricata, etc.). My configuration is:
OPNsense 20.1.8-amd64
FreeBSD 11.2-RELEASE-p20-HBSD
OpenSSL 1.1.1g 21 Apr 2020
Many thanks and kind regards.
