Port Forwarding

I have a curious issue and looking for some guidance.
I have a T-Mobile Cell Spot in my home, which basically creates a mini tower for cell coverage in my home. I live in an area where the mobile towers are spotty at best. It uses the Internet to do this. The Cell Spot needs UDP ports: 123, 500, and 4500 open. I have UPNP installed and enabled, yet I do not see these ports listed in those that are opened by UPNP. Any reason why this should be happening? I am going to turn off the Cell Spot, let it sit, and then turn it back on but has anyone had this with UPNP?

Have you definitely check the 'enable' and the 2 'Allow Port Mapping' options?
Do you have 'Default deny' checked?
Do you know if the Cell Spot actually uses UPNP or not?
