Help with DHCP Static Mappings
«

Can anyone help out with this situation?
Created VLAN2 on the LAN interface, Setup DHCP for VLAN2, and added DHCP Static Mappings. DHCP leases update to the correct static mappings under leases, but not on the systems themselves. The obvious release/renew commands have been run on various systems with different operations systems, what am I missing? Are there additional firewall or NAT rules required to make this work? Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe you can explain how is your LAN interface configured.
Are we talking about a trunk with two vlans?

Was able to figure this out. It was a configuration on my switches, not the router. Had all my switches configured to be on a management vlan. In this example that would have been VLAN2. Ended up having to toggle that management vlan to LAN, swap in the new opnsense router, then I was able to switch it back. At that point the proper static mappings were handed out.
