ExpressVPN not working

I tried to install an expressvpn client on opnsense by following this pfsense tutorial:
https://www.expressvpn.com/es/support/vpn-setup/pfsense-with-expressvpn-openvpn/
When I get to the OpenVPN client part and put in the settings and give it to save I don't save the data. It cannot be created. I also followed this NordVPN tutorial for opnsense and neither:
https://support.nordvpn.com/Connectivity/Router/1292598142/OPNsense-19-1-setup-with-NordVPN.htm
Any ideas?

Does it not give you any error message and just not save the client settings?

Does it stay on the settings page after hitting 'Save' or go back to the client overview?

Effectively

Neither one nor the other. It stays like rebooting until I can't access the page. I have to close the browser tab and log in again.

I don't have ExpressVPN, but NordVPN and a few others, they all run fine on my OPNsense box

-When entering your data for the OpenVPN client, can you select the 'Disabled' checkbox right at the top. This should let you enter the data and save it without it taking effect. Maybe there''ll be a revealing message there.

- Does the log under VPN=>OpenVPN=>Log File show anything (after you re-open the browser window)?

- See if any of these posts help, maybe they do something differently

Not working: Problem loading the page. Connection has been restarted

No logs: File /var/log/openvpn.log yielded no results.

I did the same and it worked for. Many thanks

Moreover recently I faced an issue related to BBC. I have used ExpressVPN for Netflix (get more information here https://www.bestvpnguru.com/netflix-with-expressvpn/) and then over 6 months i used to watch BBC programs over the internet with very few problems
I do pay our license fee and sign in to the BBC but in the last week or so it has been impossible to watch the BBC
Anyone else had problems with ExpressVPN and BBC ? More importantly can anyone suggest a solution to watch BBC program over the internet?
