syslog-ng 2nd server for failover

Hello,

is it possible to configure a second syslog-ng server as Logging-Target (System => Settings => Logging targets), to which logs will be sent only!!!! in the case that the first syslog-ng server is not reachable? In case it is not possible via "Logging targets", is there another way to do it?
