DHCP data types - encapsulated for option 125

Is there a way to do data encapsulation so that we can do option 125? Our phone vendor requires it in order for the phones to boot properly.

Use option type string with number 125 and do hex encoding according to
https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3925
