OpenVPN - Can't delete legacy server

I am trying to delete an OpenVPN legacy server. I pressed the delete button and got the prompt asking if I want to delete the server, which I pressed yes. It fails to delete the server and I just get a window saying 'not found'.
You cannot view this attachment.

Not sure how to proceed from here. It does not appear to create any logs. Running OPNsense 25.1.8_1-amd64
