Forum notification emails not working

Since a bunch of months I never get notification emails from the forum (not in spam folders either). I searched here and found others having the same problem but I didn't find any solution.

Alerts work fine as they should.

Absolutely NOT! :)



I am having a really hard time finding a nice way to get messages/notifications from the Announcements sub-forum sent my way too !!! :'(

For now I am following https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?board=11.0 via RSS in Pale Moon but receiving e-mails in any of my Inboxes would be nice to have too!

Actually I am aware of that topic and many more, but I was kind of hoping that now with the new Forum Software/Update all those issues are a thing of the past ?! :)

Right. At least being aware of them you can see why it might still happen, with the issue being apparently rooted on user's receipts (or rather lack of), not on the sending.

Yaaay, got a notification email today! Wonder what has changed 🤷

Since the new forum I've never received an email notification despite having the option enabled everywhere that I can find. This never happened on the old forum software. Even today someone replied to my new post and I never received an email. My address is a Gmail account and I see no sign of the emails getting diverted to spam.

Can a moderator or someone with access to the forum logs take a look to see if any alerts are failing for my account?
