GEOIP not working?

Hi
I was wondering if someone could shed some light currently i have tried various combination on the GEOIP

to download havent got any luck

i have tried this way, which is what the wiki on opnsense would show, as the old was was not working, but if i paste it in the URL it keeps asking username and password
