Hello,

can someone explain to me how to achieve the following with normalization rule or another way? Thanks in advance!

The value "1TR112" maps the precedence (i.e. the top 3 bits) of the DSCP into the VLAN prio field. In addition, PPP-LCP echo packets are marked with VLAN priority 6 and IGMP packets are marked with 4.

You are obviously citing a LANCOM router manual. What do you want to achieve? If it is a connection to a Telekom 1TR112 / U-R2 counterpart, my experience is that this is all handled within the bridge modem itself. The LANCOM contains both the router and the modem, so you can also set modem parameters.

OpnSense just has to do the standard routing via PPPoE, so it usually does not have to care about this. Most modems automatically handle these specifics.
