Unbound DNSBL Blocklist format

I'd like to create my own custom DNSBL file and have a few questions.

• What is the format of the text file used?
• If I create my own file, how do I load it into OPNsense?

I'm intending to use a text file created as a Windows hosts file and convert it into Unbound DNSBL format.
