Massive ping spikes during online gaming

Hello all. I am running opnsense 24.7.12_2 and am experiencing major ping spikes during my gaming session. I can provide any necessary info, but I am not sure what I need to provide to help diagnose my issue. This just started happening about a week ago, and I am baffled as to why. I have included an image of my CPU usage, to see if anything is abnormal there. I am using Adguard plugin as my primary DNS, but I have tried switching to 8.8.8.8 on my PC to ensure it wasn't that, and when manually setting that DNS I still got the massive ping spikes. The spikes take my ping from around 10-30 to well over 600 ping, and they do not occur every game. They occur probably once a match every 5 games or so, it appears to be random. Any and all help is appreciated, I have Verizon FiOS and they are coming to look at the ONT and other things today as well.
