IPv6 Causing Delays on OS

Hi there,

I'm hosting OPNsense 24.7.11 as a VM on ESXi 8u3 and seem to be having issues with IPv6. Currently I have my WAN configured with DHCPv4 and DHCPv6 as my FNO supported settings. My FNO does fully support IPv6 but I haven't been able to find info about the prefix. Currently I have it set to 60 and seem to be passing all IPv6 tests but I think those are just to check boxes and not for actual stability.

On my Windows PC, as long as IPv6 is enabled on my NIC (Intel I225-V) I get strange intermittent network issues. Pages will just stop loading and then load randomly, pages will load slowly, stop and then finish loading instantly. Apps like Steam, Battle.Net, Apple Music etc throw network errors and then correct themselves after a few seconds. All of this goes away when unchecking IPv6 in the NIC config.

Right now I have no idea where to begin testing for stability, does anyone know a good place for me to start?
