17.1 RC1 Update

Another easy upgrade, well done to the team.  :D

Just a minor point, when doing the update from RC1 there is no prompt after option 12 except a "y,N" and if you hit "y" it goes straight into the update - and all went well.

Hey Bill,

Glad to hear. The prompt for "17.1" is only for 16.7 (major upgrade cycle) so this is intended. :)

EDIT: what I should have said was in your case the GUI update would have worked too.

Yes same here no 17.1 choices even on web gui there is no update.

im trying to update 16.7.14 to 17.1 please refer on the screenshot

/quote]Yes, but if you look at your screen shot it has "Proceed with this action? [17.1/y/N"  - you hit "y" when you should have typed "17.1" to upgrade from 16.7.14
. As has been mentioned, I was talking about RC1 and that's 17.1.rc1.
