[SOLVED] Help: Can't ping other devices internally on LAN?

I bought a new 2.5gbps appliance and started using Opnsense yesterday. I got everything up and running on my network with the exception of one thing. My QNAP NAS. It shows up on my network and Qfinder is able to find it. However, I can't access it from the web browser.

I thought that was strange but when I looked at all other devices on my network, I discovered I can't ping any on the LAN. The only device I can ping is the gateway/router. How do I fix this? I'm assuming if this is fixed then I will be able to access my NAS via the web browser.

Thanks in advance for any help. Much appreciated.

Show us a net topology plan.

I have a suspicion that you use the ports of your OpnSense appliance like a switch and did not configure it for bridge mode.

Other than that, I cannot imagine why devices on the same network should not see each other, as the cross-traffic does not even pass OpnSense if you use a switch.
Intel N100, 4 x I226-V, 16 GByte, 256 GByte NVME, ZTE F6005

1100 down / 800 up, Bufferbloat A+

Your suspicion I'm using my appliance like a switch is correct.  However, I did set it up in bridge mode.  I'm probably missing a setting.  Is it that link-local setting?

I just fixed the problem.  I needed to just edit the Tunables found at this link:

https://docs.opnsense.org/manual/how-tos/lan_bridge.html

SOLVED.
