Two OpnSense Firewalls with ZeroTier Site To Site VPN

Hello All;
I need help that I have configured ZeroTier on Two OpnSense Fws to establish site to site VPN. My problems are ;
1- One of the site's opnsense CPU hits %100 becasue of ptyhon and php according to the result of top command
2- When I connect from an PC ,located completely different network from two opnsense, to the ZeroTier Network, I can reach both site. But Both site can not ping each other.I observed that OpnSense FW sometimes can not install routes injected by ZeroTier and routes are disappearing. I have added static routes, now it is better but this time I observed that VPN Zerotier Interface goes down at he device has high CPU issue.
so I wonder that did you run ZeroTier between two opnsense ? WHy CPU goes high on one of the my box ( which has Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU J3060 @ 1.60GHz (2 cores) ). There is no traffic on the devices, just my pings.
