Fresh install disk usage
«

Hi,
after few hours of setup of new instance and system reboot the Web UI didn't started. The console looks ok, but none of the accounts is working due to "This account is currently not available".
Accessing the single user mode df -h shows
/dev/gpt/rootfs 186G used 2%
devfs Size 1K used 100%
Can this be the cause I cannot access the system? How to solve it?

There is no problem here - at least not with the disk usage. What do you think/imply could be one? 2% of your disk is used so that's 98% free.
Devfs is a virtual filesystem presenting device nodes to applications. It's always at 100%, because you cannot store files on it.

Ok, so that was a false hint... The main problem is described above:
Web UI not accessible
Not able to log through console due to: This account is currently not available
Unable to ping any of its interfaces
Before reboot it was working fine. It's a VM within a VMWare, OPNSense is the latest.
Have two boxes in HA - both behave the same.

Seems I solved it with a fresh install - there were multiple issues...
1. Non-root admin users have nologin shell by default, so this is the reason I was locked out from console
2. Even there is settings for "Web UI Listen interfaces" set to all, you have to manually enable it via interfaces
