Duplicate IP's

Hi,

recently I installed opnsense (was running obsd on the same hardware).
I have normal dhcp range no static address (default settings), I have 2 vm's (vmware) with different mac addresses but for some reason I get the same IP on the hosts (randomly).

Apparently checking Ignore Client UIDs solved the issue.

what's going on here ? just a simple dhcp server, why spending time on this? (wtf).
