Strange OpenVPN Problem after 24.1

Since 24.1 upgrade i cannot reach targets on remote (client) site from time to time. Tunnel is up and established. I have to ping a target on remote site for 12 times (most of the time) until i get a response, then everything is working again. It feels like PPPoE "dial on demand". As if something has to wake up first. If i leave a window open that pings something on remote site it works forever.
