Can't Access OpenVPN CloudConnexa

I've set up OpenVPN on OPNSense and need to use their CloudCennexa service, but I can't connect.  I connect momentarily and then get message "MANAGEMENT: CMD 'state'" (or CMD 'status 3') before I'm disconnected.  Can anyone give any assistance with this?
