No Signal, Telegram and Discord login possible

Hello,

im brand new to opnsense.
My Problem is now that i cant connect to Signal, Telegram and Discord in my VLAN "LAN".
I have a webproxy with icap and clamav installed. I also use adguard but that should not be the problem.
I also have a proxy port rule for the web proxy in LAN.

My main problem is that in the firewall live view i can only see blocked IPv6 adresses.
Is there a common why or best practise how i can enable Discord, Telegram, Signal, Steam (cloud sync also wont work or find custom games in dota) in my opnsense firewall?

I'm happy with every advice because my internet research did not solve my problems :/.
