certain IP ranges to specific VPN

Right now I have 2 VPN providers, both expiring at roughly the same time. Mullvad and PIA. I have not set anything up on either vpn providers yet.
My question and thought is this
My dhcp server assigns addresses in the 10.10.100.xxx range. I have a /23 subnet and 10.10.101.xxx is manually assigned ip range
Can I set it up so anything in that 10.10.101.xxx range goes through a vpn provider? if I have 10.10.101.xxx use mullvad and 10.10.102.xxx use pia is that also an option?
I am afraid my dell r210 might not keep up with both vpn providers, I could be wrong but also want something new soon as well. Front facing ports

Assuming you already have a gateway for each VPN provider in place you can use firewall rules for the respective networks to force them through a specific gateway
